A local government authority in Clydebank is seeking an organized Clerical/Administrative Assistant for a part-time, term-time post. You will provide vital clerical support at Our Holy Redeemer Primary School and be part of a friendly team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent organizational skills are essential. Membership in the PVG scheme is required. This position offers a supportive work environment and various benefits, including extensive leave and pension contributions.
As this is term-time, part-time post the salary will be pro-rata to the hours worked.
This post is fixed term until 26/06/2026.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Clerical/Administrative Assistant to join our friendly team.
Reporting directly to the Head Teacher you will have responsibility for the effective and efficient delivery of a comprehensive clerical and administration service supporting the operations of Our Holy Redeemer Primary School.

Applicants should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and have excellent organisational and communication skills.
This post is considered as Regulated Work with Children under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 and as such membership with the PVG scheme is essential. Further details of this scheme can be found. Preferred applicants will be required to become members of the relevant PVG scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer being made by West Dunbartonshire Council.
