Job summary

CACI seeks Cleared American Guards (CAG) to support a 24/7 security program at RAF Molesworth, United Kingdom. The role includes static access control, perimeter security, visitor validation, roving patrols, and CCTV monitoring to ensure mission readiness.

Required: US citizenship, active Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility, and DoD overseas experience. Candidate must relocate within 90 days and be able to work long, irregular hours.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI (initial eligibility required).
• High School diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of overseas DoD experience.
• Experience with DoD force protection and physical protection rules.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Personnel and security clearance database experience.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 high security environment and to relocate as needed (up to 90 days).
• US Citizenship and current US Passport with at least 6 months validity.

Responsibilities

• Provide static facility access control, perimeter security, and visitor validation for facility access.
• Support roving security patrols, IDS/ESS/CCTV monitoring, and guard post maintenance.
• Oversee host-nation personnel performing construction work on the facility.
• Coordinate with SSO and military security forces on security requirements.
• Monitor alarm coverage and coordinate after-hours responses per tenant policies.
• Maintain key and access rosters and assist with logistic/facility services loading dock access.
• Conduct inspections to ensure operational readiness and compliance.

The Opportunity:

CACI has an opportunity for Cleared American Guards (CAG) to support our Team at RAF Molesworth, United Kingdom. As a CAG you will have the opportunity to support the United States European Command (USEUCOM) and United States Africa Command (USAFRICOM) as a key team member of a complex program that provides professional services that directly support existing and future mission requirements. Responsibilities:

• Ability to work 24/7 shifts.
• Provide static facility access control, perimeter security, and visitor validation for facility access, supported by roving security patrols, IDS/ESS/CCTV monitoring, and maintenance of all required guard posts.
• Provide oversight of host-nation personnel performing construction work on the facility.
• Coordinate with SSO and military security forces to enact security requirements pertaining to work and labor oversight on the facility.
• Monitor alarm coverage, coordinate after-hours responses, notify the SSO of alarm outages/issues/incidents per tenant policies, and documenting alarm reports for after-action review by tenant units.
• Maintain key and access rosters provided by tenant units, sign in/out keys accordingly, and support logistic/facility services with loading dock access requirements.
• Conduct inspections of spaces and facilities to ensure operational readiness and compliance.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.
• High School diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience providing services overseas for the DoW
• Experience working with DoW force protection and physical protection rules and regulations.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite of tools.
• Personnel and security clearance database experience.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 high security environment with attention to detail
• Ability to work holidays and weekends and up to 60/hr weeks when required
• US Citizenship
• Current US Passport with at least 6 months before expiration
• Ability to relocate to the United Kingdom no later than 90 days from offer acceptance.

Desired:

• Experience providing services overseas for the DoD or in an overseas MILCON environment
• Experience in security, law enforcement, or military operations
• CAG, CST, or ICD 705 certification
• TS/SCI with poly
• DoS SSM / CST / ICD 705 Certifications
• Relevant Military experience

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$69,600 - 142,700 USD
