Applicants must hold a green CSCS card and a full clean UK driving licence. Social housing experience is preferred. A van and fuel card are provided along with company benefits.

Qualifications

• Green CSCS card and social housing experience required.

• Based in Kent with ability to travel TN/ME postcodes.

Responsibilities

• Clear out properties and labour in Tunbridge Wells area.
• Drive between sites and assist with clearance tasks.
• Utilise provided van/fuel card for site visits.
