Job summary

Future Select Recruitment is seeking a Cleanroom Validation Engineer based in Gravesend to validate cleanrooms within healthcare, medical and pharmaceutical premises. Travel may be required to support company needs.

The role involves adapting to HTM 0301 guidelines, performing HEPA/DOP tests, and calibrating equipment, with strong attention to detail and quality of work. Training and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a Cleanroom Validation Engineer
• CP and/or AP certificates preferred
• BOHS P601 advantageous
• Good working knowledge of HTM 0301 guidelines
• Experience in Healthcare/Medical and Pharmaceutical premises
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills

Responsibilities

• Carry out validations on cleanrooms within healthcare/medical/pharmaceutical premises
• Validate fume hoods, safety cabinets and downflows
• Test laminar flows and perform HEPA/DOP filter testing
• Conduct airflow velocity tests and particle counting
• Calibrate equipment and fault-find on systems
• Prepare regular service/reports following HTM 0301, COSHH and HSG 258

Job Title: Cleanroom Validation Engineer

Location: Gravesend, Kent

Salary/Benefits: £30k - £50k + Training & Benefits

Experience / Qualifications:

The Role:

• Carrying out validations on cleanrooms within healthcare/medical/pharmaceutical premises
