Job summary

R&D Partners is seeking a Cleaning Validation Engineer to lead and execute validation activities for large automated washing equipment at a pharmaceutical site. • Approximately 7–10 years of pharmaceutical validation experience.
• Strong specialist knowledge of cleaning validation and automated washers.
• Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of complex validation projects.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Familiarity with GMP requirements and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead cleaning validation activities for large automated washers.
• Review existing validation approaches and identify gaps or challenges.
• Update and improve validation procedures, SOPs, and cleaning recipes/cycles.
• Independently drive validation activities through to completion.
• Collaborate with the site's operational validation team.
• Coordinate activities and manage deliverables, requiring strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Ensure documentation and validation activities meet pharmaceutical GMP requirements.
• Support the handover of the validated system to the operational validation team.

Are you a Cleaning Validation expert ready to take ownership of complex automated washer systems and drive them to full GMP compliance?

R&D Partners is seeking a Cleaning Validation Engineer to lead and execute cleaning validation activities for large automated washing equipment at a pharmaceutical manufacturing site. This role requires an experienced professional who can independently assess the current validation status, identify gaps, and bring the system up to GMP standards. The position is fully onsite and offers an immediate start.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cleaning validation activities for large automated washers.
• Review existing validation approaches and identify outstanding gaps or challenges.
• Update and improve validation procedures, SOPs, and cleaning recipes/cycles.
• Independently drive validation activities through to completion.
• Collaborate closely with the site's operational validation team.
• Coordinate activities and manage deliverables, requiring strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Ensure documentation and validation activities meet pharmaceutical GMP requirements.
• Support the eventual handover of the validated system to the operational validation team.
