Job summary

Mrs Buckét is hiring a part-time, permanent entry-level cleaner to join our Wales and South West operations. You'll work Monday to Friday, 4pm–8pm, gaining hands-on training and a clear development path.

You’ll enjoy full uniform, staff referral rewards, onsite parking, and a supportive team from head office and site management as you help maintain high cleaning standards across client sites.

Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning machinery and maintain high standards with training provided.
• Ensure full PPE compliance across site areas.
• Communicate effectively with the client, especially for 24-hour sites.
• Support standards during key client visits.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and stock levels.
• Report health and safety issues promptly.
• Clean across offices, receptions, toilets, and production zones.

Responsibilities:

• Operate cleaning machinery and use innovative methods to maintain high cleaning standards (full training provided).
• Ensure full PPE compliance across relevant areas of the site.
• Communicate effectively with the client, especially where 24-hour site operations are in place.
• Support the delivery of exceptional standards during key client visits.
• Monitor and report cleaning supply requirements and stock levels.
• Report any Health and Safety issues to the Supervisor or Site Lead promptly.
• Clean to an extremely high standard across varied site areas, including warehouse, offices, meeting rooms, receptions, toilets, and production zones.
