Job summary

Bet365 is seeking a Cleaning Team Leader to oversee evening cleaning operations across our Manchester facilities, ensuring immaculate, safe, and compliant workspaces for colleagues. You will guide an evening team, monitor shift productivity, coach performance, and enforce COSHH and PPE standards.

You will coordinate stock checks, manage equipment maintenance, conduct regular reviews, and report any operational challenges to the line manager.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in commercial or industrial cleaning.

Responsibilities

Job description

As a Cleaning Team Leader, you will oversee the provision of cleanliness across the office, assess and develop staff performance to support the Company’s operation in Manchester.

The Facilities team delivers immaculate, safe and functional workspaces across all sites to keep daily business running at its best. This role focuses on leading evening cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and keeping our facilities immaculate for all colleagues.

Guiding a dedicated evening team, this position oversees shift productivity, coaches individual performance, and ensures full compliance with Health and Safety standards and COSHH regulations.

Working hours are Monday to Friday between 5pm and 11pm.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in commercial or industrial cleaning
• Comprehensive understanding of COSHH regulations, PPE requirements and Health and Safety standards
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and motivate a cleaning team
• Assertive approach to managing performance and setting achievable objectives
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing equipment and stock control
• Competent IT skills for reporting and administrative duties
