Job summary

ISS is seeking a Cleaning Team Leader to oversee cleaning operations across offices and facilities in the UK. You will lead a team, set schedules, and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and client satisfaction.

You will deliver excellent service, adhere to safety regulations and work collaboratively with site users to maintain a safe, welcoming environment. Experience in supervising cleaning operations is preferred.

As a Cleaning Team Leader with ISS UK, you will play a key role in delivering a world-class housekeeping service, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues.

The Role

• Plan, organise, and coordinate cleaning operations to meet financial and performance targets
• Lead by example with a passion for customer service and strong, inspiring leadership
• Set and maintain high standards for yourself and your team
• Create and manage cleaning schedules for your team
• Deliver an exceptional level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility
• Carry out general cleaning duties, including offices, meeting rooms, toilets, showers, vacuuming, and mopping
• Use all cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly
• Maintain a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety regulations and company standards
• Excellent customer service skills
• Reliable, hardworking, and professional in approach
• A team player who works well with colleagues and customers
• Able to communicate politely and effectively with all site users
• Strong attention to detail, maintaining exceptional cleaning standards
• Able to work effectively on your own initiative
