Cleaning Team Leader

Based at Littlehampton Traincare Depot

The role and about you

As a Cleaning Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that your team cleans and maintains the train carriages to the highest standard. You will typically be responsible for a team of up to 4 on shift, which requires you to lead from the front and communicate effectively. You will perform walk throughs, inspecting all cleaning of the fleets that has taken place, and will be hands on when needed.

You working week will be a minimum of 5x nights across a Sunday - Saturday rota, with hours of work being 21:30 - 04:30 (35 hours per week), however there is an expectation to work week's consisting of 6 or 7 nights per week.

You are a motivated and dependable individual who takes pride in their work. You thrive in a physically demanding role and are prepared to work nights as part of a varied shift pattern. You must be able to pass a railway comprehensive drug and alcohol test.
