Job Title: Cleaning Team Leader

Hourly Rate of Pay: £12.86

Position Type: Permanent

Type of Employment: Full Time

Total Weekly Contractual Hours: 42.5

Shift Pattern: 4-on 4-off

Location: Kellogg's, Park Road, Trafford Park, Manchester, Greater Manchester, England, M32 8RA

In your new role as Team leader you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meeting all agreed SLAs. Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out in line with current SLA's and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements. You will need to undertake successfully all training required to deliver the Team leader role.

Manage a team and work under own initiative. Building positive and productive working relationships with the team, clients and colleagues, and deliver excellent customer service, seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

In order to be successful in this role you will need have the ability to communicate and read basic English, previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential and have a flexible approach to the role. You will need to be open, honest, self-driven and determined. You'll need to be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
