A facilities management company is looking for a dedicated Cleaning Team Leader to manage the cleaning operations at Co‑op Academy Grange in Bradford. This permanent on-site position involves supervising a team, conducting cleaning audits, and ensuring H&S standards are maintained. The ideal candidate should be organised, have strong customer service skills, and preferably, some cleaning experience. This part-time role offers 20 hours a week with a competitive hourly pay rate.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent Cleaning Team Leader to join our Bradford Schools account at Co‑op Academy Grange, Haycliffe Lane, Bradford BD5 9ET. This role is on‑site based.
Salary: £13.46 per hour.
Amey delivers facilities and estate management services to the Bradford Schools Private Finance Initiative across an estate of 10 schools (7 secondary and 3 Special Educational Needs). We work in partnership with our clients and end‑users to ensure our 24/7 services are delivered to the highest standard with minimum impact or disruption to day‑to‑day operational requirements of the schools.
Standard hours of work are 20 hours per week (3:30 pm – 7:30 pm, Monday – Friday). Work‑life balance and flexibility are key for our success. We empower our people to make choices that are right for them, with hybrid, part‑time and flexible work patterns.
