Job summary

Atlas Family is hiring a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee on-site cleaning at client premises in the UK. You will be trained in the Atlas cleaning specification and start with an induction in your first week.

The role focuses on delivering high standards of customer care, ensuring cleanliness, health and safety, and supporting the client with a reliable cleaning service. The role requires basic English, ability to perform physical tasks, DBS clearance, and references.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning environments.
• Ability to supervise on-site cleaning deliveries.
• Good communication with clients and staff.
• Understanding of health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• On-site supervision to meet Atlas cleaning specifications.
• Participate in induction and receive training in first week.
• Provide high standard of customer care across shifts.
• Handle site equipment and cleaning materials with training.
• Replenish consumables (paper towels, soap, toilet paper, bin liners).
• Empty litter bins into waste/recycling containers.
• Ensure cleaning meets the highest standards at all times.
• Maintain health and safety standards and report hazards.
• Work collaboratively with the Atlas team.
