Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor | Hourly Rate: £14.00 | Contract Type: Permanent | Employment: Part Time | Weekly Hours: 30 | Shift: Monday - Friday (14:00 - 20:00) | Location: Aviva, 2 Rougier Street, York, North Yorkshire, England, YO90 1WR

We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to work with a range of Mitie clients to manage a cleaning team, including recruitment and development of staff and maintain excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer.

Responsibilities

• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning.
• Ensure cleaning staff understand and work to task schedules while following correct Health & Safety procedures.
• Provide technical training as and when required.
• Distribute uniforms and monitor standard of cleanliness.
• Manage use of materials and order stocks as necessary.
• Deal with any issues efficiently and professionally, referring to line manager where appropriate.
