A leading educational organization in Tees Valley is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor. This role involves overseeing the cleaning teams, developing schedules, and managing communications within the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning management and be able to work flexibly. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Cleaning Supervisor at Stockton Riverside College, this is a weekday position, with the ability to work out‑of‑hours events if required, minimal times per year. Ideally the ability to attend other sites within the group would be beneficial but not essential. Experience in managing cleaning teams, developing schedules and training staff is desirable for the role and clear methods of communication are required. Uniform and training on systems are both provided.
