About The Role:

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 5pm - 9pm

Are you passionate about maintaining cleanliness and ensuring impeccable standards in a busy site?

As a Cleaning Supervisor you will oversee the effective supervisory and safety concerns when it comes to daily operations on site within the cleaning team.

Responsibilities
  • To be the client/Manager's main point of contact on site
  • To coordinate and drive a team on site, whilst completing core cleaning duties with the team
  • To support the manager with the training and induction of new staff, and the completion of training records
  • To lead by example when completing tasks, following the safe systems of work and method statements
Qualifications
  • Must have right to work in the UK
  • To have demonstratable people skills or experience co-ordinating a team
  • Experience cleaning in a similar environment or transferable skills, knowledge, and understanding
  • Understanding of COSHH and H&S compliance on similar sites/environments
  • Experience in training and inducting colleagues
