Equans is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Newman RC College Oldham. You will lead the site cleaning team to ensure a high standard of cleanliness across the school premises and deliver a quality service.

The role requires experience in cleaning and managing a small team, with preference for those who have worked on a school contract. You will be computer literate and aware of SLA/KPI targets and health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning is required.
• Experience of managing a small team of staff is required.
• Experience on a school contract is preferred.
• Good understanding of SLA’s and KPI’s.
• Computer literate.
• Intermediate knowledge of health and safety requirements in a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as hands-on lead for the site cleaning team.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the school premises.
• Deliver a quality cleaning service on site.
