Job summary

TC Facilities Management is seeking a Working Cleaning Supervisor to lead a small team at a motorway service station. This hands-on role will supervise five cleaners and ensure high standards of cleanliness across customer areas, including public toilets and showers.

You will work closely with the Area Manager, provide on-the-job training and be the first point of contact for site cleaning issues. Shifts include early and late slots; own transport is helpful due to the location.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a small team of cleaners.
• Proactive, can-do attitude with lead-by-example approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and ownership of tasks.
• Own vehicle due to site location (no public transport).

About the Role
TC Facilities Management is urgently recruiting for aWorking Cleaning Supervisorto lead a small team of cleaners at the busy and high-footfall for a motorway service station.

In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for supervising and working alongside a team of five cleaners to ensure consistently high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across all customer areas – includingpublic toilets and shower facilities.

You’ll work closely with the Area Manager to ensure the smooth operation of daily cleaning tasks, provide on-the-job training, and be the first point of contact for any site cleaning issues.

Shifts may include: 06:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00
(Some flexibility may be required depending on business needs.)

What You'll Need

• Previous cleaning experience, ideally in a supervisory or team leader role
• A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to lead by example
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
• Own vehicle – due to the location, there isno public transport access
