Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead a team at Palace Barracks, Holywood. The role focuses on delivering high cleaning standards, coordinating the team, and ensuring health and safety compliance.

You will assist with audits, KPI reporting, stock counts, COSHH, PPE management, and payroll preparation. The position is permanent, full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, with some weekends and shifts from 06:30 to 15:00.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience (supervisory experience is a bonus).
• Ability to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
• UK residency for the past 3 years and legal right to work.
• A positive attitude and commitment to health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist the manager with organising the team to deliver exceptional cleaning standards.
• Completing audits and preparing KPI reports.
• Assisting with stock counts.
• Maintaining the COSHH cupboard.
• Managing PPE and cleaning materials.
• Conducting team meetings and identifying training needs.
• Assisting with payroll preparation and arranging cover for holidays and sickness.

Pay rate: £13.12 per hour
Contract type: Permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, (5 days out of 7, some weekends)
Shift times: Between 0630 and 15:00
