Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of cleaners to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the club.
• Manage daily, weekly, and routine cleaning tasks, inspecting work and providing approval.
• Schedule shifts, adjust workloads, and assist with recruitment and training.
• Maintain stock levels, compliance with health and safety guidelines, and enforce PPE use.
• Act as point of contact for maintenance issues related to cleaning equipment and machinery, and report incidents promptly.
• Ensure safe and secure closing of the building at the end of each shift.
• Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings.

Schedule

• We operate 7‑days a week, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Cover a variety of cleaning shifts, including day and evening shifts starting at 09:00, 18:00, or later, depending on the schedule.
