A leading service provider in the UK seeks a part-time Cleaning Supervisor to manage a cleaning team. Responsibilities include recruitment, maintaining service standards, delivering cleaning tasks, and handling equipment and uniforms. Responsibilities

• Manage a cleaning team for Mitie clients, including recruitment and development of staff, and maintain excellent service standards for routine planned and periodic cleaning.
• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning, ensuring staff understand and work to task schedules while following correct Health & Safety procedures; provide technical training as required.
• Distribute uniforms, monitor standard of cleanliness, manage use of materials, and order stocks as necessary.
• Handle issues efficiently and professionally, referring to the line manager where appropriate.
