Overview

Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor | Hourly Rate of Pay: £14.25 | Contract Type: Permanent | Type of Employment: Part Time | Total Weekly Contracted Hours: 25 | Shifts: Monday to Friday 17:00 - 22:00 | Location: McCORMICK UK LTD, Pegasus Way, Thame Road, HP17 8LB

Responsibilities

• Manage a cleaning team for Mitie clients, including recruitment and development of staff and maintaining excellent service standards for routine planned and periodic cleaning.
• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning; ensure staff understand and follow task schedules; provide technical training as required; follow Health & Safety procedures.
• Distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness standards, monitor use of materials and order stocks as necessary.
• Deal with issues efficiently and professionally, referring to line manager where appropriate.
