Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, Camberley. This permanent, part-time role covers 30 hours weekly with shifts at 08:00 and 14:00. You will lead a cleaning team, ensure high standards, and contribute to audits and KPI reporting.

The role offers on-site parking, uniform, gym discounts, and access to employee benefits. You’ll work with health and safety compliance and payroll support as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience; supervisory experience is a bonus.
• Ability to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
• UK residency for the past 3 years and legal right to work.
• Positive attitude and commitment to health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist the manager with organizing the team to deliver cleaning standards.
• Complete audits and prepare KPI reports.
• Assist with stock counts.
• Maintain the COSHH cupboard.
• Manage PPE and cleaning materials.
• Conduct team meetings and identify training needs.
• Assist with payroll preparation and arranging cover for holidays and sickness.
• Hands-on cleaning duties.

Pay rate: £13.02 per hour
Contract type: Permanent, part-time, 30 hours per week, Monday – Friday, (5 days out of 7, some weekends)

What you’ll do:
