Job Introduction

We’re looking for an experienced and motivatedCleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team and ensure exceptional standards across HMRC Bristol site.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for supervising a team of cleaning operatives, maintaining a safe and positive working environment, and ensuring all cleaning tasks meet client specifications and quality standards.

What You’ll Do:
  • Supervise and support cleaning operatives to deliver high standards of cleanliness.

  • Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to client specifications.

  • Monitor cleaning schedules and performance to maintain quality standards.

  • Carry out site inspections and provide feedback to improve service delivery.

  • Promote a strong health & safety culture and ensure staff wellbeing.

  • Assist with training, rota management, and stock control.

What You Bring:
Essential:
  • Experience in a cleaning role with knowledge of daily cleaning tasks.

  • Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.

  • Good communication and numeracy skills.

Desirable:
  • Previous supervisory experience.

  • NVQ, BICSc COPC, or BICSc Assessor Certificate.
