Job summary

A leading cleaning services provider in Basildon is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and motivate cleaning operators. Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, managing staff rotas, and ensuring the quality of work. Ideal candidates will have experience in managing cleaning teams and possess good IT and communication skills. The position offers a part-time schedule, Monday to Friday, from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm, with a pay rate of £13 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate cleaning operators to achieve service standards.
• Carry out site inspections using in-house systems.
• Manage staff rotas ensuring coverage for holidays and sickness.
• Ensure works meet required standards.
• Complete stock management and document quantities.

• Effectively carry out site inspections using our in house system
• Managing staff rotas for the site, ensuring holiday and sickness is covered
• Ensure works are delivered to the required standards
• Complete stock management, documenting quantities and managing order process for stock

Qualifications

• Experience managing cleaning teams
• IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps)
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
