Job Description:

As a Cleaning Supervisor at Sodexo, based in RAF Halton, Aylesbury HP22 5PG, you will be entrusted with overseeing cleaning services that help create a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for all. This site serves as home to our armed forces personnel, and your work will directly contribute to enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate your team to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Maintain cleanliness in offices, kitchens, toilets, and communal areas, ensuring a hygienic environment.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies like cleaning products and consumables.
  • Champion health and safety practices, conducting regular safety checks and reporting hazards.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and support to your team to ensure their success and well-being.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, responding to queries and concerns professionally.
