Job summary

Cameron House is seeking a Lodge Cleaning Supervisor to lead the team responsible for maintaining the highest 5* cleanliness standards across luxury lodges.

You will supervise cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms and public spaces, training staff and ensuring health & safety procedures are followed. Experience in housekeeping and the ability to lead others are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to train and supervise team members
• Comfortable following health and safety procedures

THE ROLE:

40 hours - working hours 9-5.30 or 9am - 8pm once per week, and typically working over weekends
16 hours - working hours typically between 9am to 5.30pm 2 days typically over weekends

Reporting to the Executive Housekeeping Manager as a Lodge Cleaning Supervisor you will be part of a of a Lodge Housekeeping team who have the challenging and rewarding job of ensuring that each of our luxury lodges consistently meet the 5* standard of cleanliness that our owners and guests expect of Cameron House Resort.

As Lodge Cleaning Supervisor at Cameron Lodges you will have a great instinct for cleanliness, presentation and attention to detail. You'll have worked in a housekeeping or cleaning role previously and have some experience of training and supervision.

As Lodge Cleaning Supervisor you’ll;

• Support the Lodge Cleaning team in the delivery of high standards of cleanliness
• Be responsible for the cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms and public spaces within our luxury lodges and supervising others to do the same
• Comply with all Health & Safety training and procedures that are in place
• Be able to lead others in our ompany procedures in order to deliver a high standard of work
