Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a part-time Cleaning Supervisor in Havant to manage cleaning operations and ensure client specifications are met. The role includes handling weekly stock orders, conducting regular quality audits, and developing strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have cleaning experience, excellent communication, and an understanding of health and safety practices. Recruitment and training support are also part of the duties.

Responsibilities

• To supervise cleaning operations, ensuring client specifications are met and contract resources are adhered to.
• To provide weekly/monthly stock orders.
• To carry out weekly quality audits of the premises on a rota basis to ensure standards are met.
• To develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with client representatives, promoting the Company and development of services.
• To help with recruitment and training of new colleagues in the team.

Working pattern

16.00 - 19.00 Monday to Friday

Holiday entitlement will be accrued on a pro-rata basis in line with weeks worked.

Key responsibilities

• To supervise cleaning operations, ensuring that the client specification/cleaning requirements are met and set contract resource levels are being adhered to.
• To provide weekly/monthly stock orders
• To carry out weekly quality audits of the premises on a rota basis to ensure standards are meeting the required specification.
• To develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with all levels of client’s representatives, promoting the Company and development of services
• To help with the recruitment and training of new colleagues in the team

Ideal candidate

• Must have right to work in the UK
• Experience working in a cleaning environment.
• Excellent communication skills
• An understanding of management techniques, Health and Safety, organisation methods and troubleshooting.
