Bidvest Noonan is seeking a Cleaning Operative to join our client onsite in Haywards Heath. The role requires reliable transport due to site location and involves standard cleaning duties to keep areas neat and tidy.

You will perform regular cleaning, waste disposal, and floor care, with full training provided if experience is limited. Good English communication is essential for daily interactions and safety compliance.

• Experience in a similar role or willingness to be trained.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties: vacuuming, dusting, wiping surfaces and tidying areas.
• Carry out regular and thorough cleaning tasks to required standards.
• Handle waste disposal and bin relining as needed.
• Buff/polish floors where required.

What to expect

• Cleaning duties which including, vacuuming, dusting and cleaning, wiping surface areas and making sure all areas are neat and tidy
• Carry out any reasonable work instruction to the standard required
• To carry out regular and thorough treatments/inspections so as to maintain such conditions
• Dust control/vacuum and mop floors & Buff/Polish floors where needed
• Cleaning duties which including, vacuuming, dusting and cleaning, wiping surface areas and making sure all areas are neat and tidy.
• Alongside,Empty and reline waste bins & dispose of rubbish

Skills & experience required

• Do you have good social and communication skills?
• Do you have good oral and written English?
• Do you have experience within a similar role? if not full training will be given
