Job summary

Solo Service Group is seeking a Cleaning Operative for Waterstones, Dundee DD1 3DG. You will join a permanent team, providing cleaning across shop floors, toilets and offices to maintain high standards. Training will be provided, so bring reliability and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities include mopping, sweeping, dusting, bin emptying and ensuring equipment is cleaned and stored correctly while following health and safety guidelines. Excellent customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mop and sweep floors to ensure cleanliness across the store.
• Dust surfaces, empty bins and clean toilets and rooms as required.
• Maintain equipment, ensure it is cleaned, stored properly and safely.
• Respond to customer requests promptly and courteously.
