Job summary

Carlisle Support Services is seeking enthusiastic Site Cleaners to join our cleaning team, working with prestigious clients. You will perform general cleaning duties in offices, meeting rooms, toilets, corridors and public areas.

Full induction and ongoing training are provided. We are looking for reliable, flexible candidates with a professional appearance and a positive attitude. Driving licence is not required for all roles, and you must be willing to work in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to learn and develop.
• Reliable and flexible, smart in appearance and always professional.
• Enthusiastic and motivated to do a great job.
• Experience in cleaning environment and team setting preferred.
• Good people skills to interact with clients positively.
• Willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Driving Licence (not required for all roles).

Responsibilities

• General cleaning duties including offices, meeting rooms, toilets, corridors and public areas.
• Measuring and scoping the work required during your shift.
• Litter picking on platforms, car parks and public areas.
• Cleaning window frames, glazing, signage, seats, and surfaces.
• Sweeping floors including platforms and entrances.
• Emptying bins and removing waste.
