Job summary

Concept Resources is seeking a part-time cleaner for Skegness. The role covers general office cleaning, vacuuming, mopping and maintaining washrooms and kitchens. Immediate start available, subject to clearance.

Strong reliability and ability to work independently are essential. The role requires comfort with alarm panels and time-and-attendance systems, and right-to-work documentation must be shown at induction.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Right to Work documentation must be presented at induction.
• Comfortable working alone.
• Able to work as a key holder and operate an alarm panel where required.
• Must use the site's telephone time and attendance system.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.

Start Date: Immediate start available (subject to clearance)

Working Hours

Monday – 2 hrs (17:00–19:00)

Tuesday – 2 hrs (17:00–19:00)

Thursday – 2 hrs (17:00–19:00)

Friday – 2 hrs (17:00–19:00)

Total Hours Per Week: 10 hours
