Job summary

Solo Service Group are recruiting a Cleaning Operative for Mitton Manor Primary School, Tewkesbury, Gloucester GL20 8AR. A DBS check is required. Full training will be provided to support delivery of cleaning tasks across designated areas. Uniforms and development opportunities are provided as part of the role.

You will be responsible for cleaning duties including mopping, sweeping and toilet cleaning, ensuring high standards, and maintaining health and safety across facilities.

• DBS check required
• Cleaning experience is preferred but full training will be provided
• Reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning activities including mopping, sweeping, dusting, bin emptying and cleaning toilets and rooms as required.
• Maintain high cleaning standards across all areas at all times.
• Ensure cleaning equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly.
• Respond to customer requests promptly and courteously.

Solo Service Group are recruiting a cleaning operative to join our team on a permanent basis at Mitton Manor Primary School Tewkesbury Gloucester GL20 8AR

A DBS is required for this role.

We are looking for reliable and diligent individuals to join our team, we will provide all the necessary training, therefore we need you to bring the drive and commitment to support the collective success of the team.

Your main aim will be to carry out a range of cleaning activities including mopping, sweeping, dusting, emptying bins and cleaning, toilets, rooms and other areas as required.

You will also:

• Ensure that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards at all times
• Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times
• Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly
• Deal with any customer requests promptly and courteously
