Job summary

Concept Resources is seeking a Cleaning Operative for a banking site in Cramlington, Northumberland. Part-time role with fixed weekday hours, 10 hours per week at £14.26 per hour (PAYE).

Assignment dates are 1st August to 17th August 2026, with a temporary holiday cover arrangement. The successful candidate will perform general cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, washroom upkeep, waste disposal and site security while adhering to health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Basic DBS check is required.
• Adverse financial check required.
• Proof of Right to Work in the UK.
• Comfortable working alone and as a key holder.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of office and customer areas.
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Dusting and sanitising surfaces.
• Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the site.
• Locking and securing the premises where required.
• Following all health and safety procedures.

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional Cleaning Operative to join a banking site in Cramlington, Northumberland.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for part-time work with fixed weekday hours.

50–51 Town Centre, Cramlington, Northumberland, NE23 6QP

Working Hours

• Monday: 5:00pm – 7:00pm
• Tuesday: 5:00pm – 7:00pm
• Wednesday: 5:00pm – 7:00pm
• Thursday: 5:00pm – 7:00pm
• Friday: 5:00pm – 7:00pm
• Saturday: No work
• Sunday: No work

Total: 10 hours per week

• Reliable, trustworthy and able to work independently
