Job summary

A leading cleaning services provider in Tonbridge is recruiting a Cleaning Operative. You will perform essential cleaning duties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and adhering to health and safety policies. Applicants should have prior cleaning experience and the ability to work in a team. This position offers training and uniform provision, along with a holiday entitlement of 20 days plus 8 bank holidays pro rata.

We are currently recruiting for - Cleaning Operative

Role Specifications

• All round cleaning experience
• To carry out all cleaning duties in line with the specification and direction given to the highest standard.
• General Duties will include Dusting, Mopping, Toilets, Emptying Bins

• Ensuring you follow and are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures

• Inspection of cleaning equipment on a regular basis so as to know when they are worn-out and also request for replacement
• Correct management and use of materials to avoid or minimize waste and/or misuse
• Monitoring of all cleaning activities and providing any form of required assistance to cleaners while they carry out their duties.

• To work flexibly and as part of a team

Working Hours for a Cleaning Operative: 9 & 8

• Role 1 - Monday to Saturday 12:00-13:30
• Role 2 - Thursday to Sunday 5:30 to 7:30
