Job summary

Mitie is looking for a cleaning operative in Newcastle upon Tyne. This permanent, part-time role (Evenings, 12.5 hours per week) offers training, responsibility for maintaining cleaning standards, and delivering high-quality service to our client.

You will work evenings, build relationships with the client, and contribute to a broader regional team. Full training is provided on products, chemicals, and equipment, with a focus on safety and customer service.

We are currently looking for a cleaning operative to deliver high level results to our client. You will be responsible for maintaining cleaning standards across the site as well as meeting the agreed SLAs. Does this sound like you?

You receive full training on all products, cleaning chemicals and equipment, while following Health and Safety requirements. You'll become part of a wider regional team and demonstrate you can work under your own initiative. You will need to build positive and productive working relationships with the client and deliver excellent customer service.
