Job summary

A leading cleaning service provider in Lancaster is seeking a Cleaning Operative to deliver high-standard cleaning services. Responsibilities include carrying out various cleaning duties, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies, and assisting fellow team members. Ideal candidates will have prior cleaning experience and effective teamwork abilities. Training provided. Salary is £12.21 per hour.

• Carry out all cleaning duties in line with specifications.
• Inspect cleaning equipment regularly and request replacements.
• Ensure correct management and use of cleaning materials.

Role Specifications

• All round cleaning experience
• To carry out all cleaning duties in line with the specification and direction given to the highest standard.
• General Duties will include Dusting, Mopping, Toilets, Emptying Bins
• Ensuring you follow and are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures
• Inspection of cleaning equipment on a regular basis so as to know when they are worn-out and also request for replacement
• Correct management and use of materials to avoid or minimize waste and / or misuse
• Monitoring of all cleaning activities and providing any form of required assistance to cleaners while they carry out their duties.
• To work flexibly and as part of a team

Working Hours

• Friday 07:00 – 10:00
• Saturday 15:30 – 18:30
• Sunday 14:30 – 17:30
