Iceni Primary Academy are looking to appoint a passionate and dedicated Cleaning Operative. We welcome applications from outstanding individuals looking for a new challenge to join us at our engaging, primary academy.
We are looking to appoint an individual to undertake day to day cleaning and sanitisation of the building and facilities, always ensuring Health & Safety compliance.
The successful candidate will join an academy which is dynamic and inspiring, creating a culture of outstanding success amongst our students. To succeed, you will have good timekeeping and the ability to work as part of a team and independently. You will have excellent communication, organisational and customer care skills. We are keen to secure a positive Cleaning Operative who can make a telling contribution to our team. The department is part of a well‑led, mutually supportive Cleaning team and the appointed candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues and will be supported by a supervisor.
We have a key focus on staff well‑being, with a number of initiatives in place across the academy including bespoke departmental marking and assessment policies which have dramatically reduced teacher workload.
