Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a dedicated cleaning operative to join our team in Coleraine. You will perform high standards of cleaning and hygiene on site, use and care for cleaning equipment, and maintain professional relations with clients on contract sites.

The role includes early morning shifts (Mon, Thu, Sat) and opportunities for growth via the OCS Academy, plus access to Wagestream where applicable, reflecting our flexible benefits strategy.

About The Role:

Working Pattern

Monday-7am-10am
Thursday-7am-930am
Saturday-7am-930am

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring high standard of cleaning and hygiene as directed by management
• Use and care of cleaning equipment
• Encourage good relations with all clients on contract site
• Promptly deal with any queries or complaints
• To perform any other reasonable duties that may be allocated by the management

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Must have Right to Work in the UK
• Previous cleaning experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent interpersonal and good Communication skills
