Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a reliable Cleaner to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. You will perform routine and reactive cleaning tasks to high standards and ensure safe working practices are followed.

Eligible candidates should be able to obtain national security clearance, have good attention to detail, reliable timekeeping, and strong communication skills to support customer service needs.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to obtain and maintain national security clearance.
• Good attention to detail and a methodical approach.
• Strong timekeeping and reliability.
• Customer-focused with good communication skills.
• Ability to read and speak English to support safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily cleaning duties to agreed standards.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues identified.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests and service requirements.
• Carry out basic equipment checks and report faults.
• Complete periodic and specialist cleaning tasks as required.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and request replenishment when needed.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly.
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate professionally.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and storage areas in good order.
