Responsibilities

• Overseeing cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells and washrooms and other ad hoc areas
• Manage staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits and recruitment
• Identify training needs on-site and maintain training records
• Involvement with investigations such as accidents or disciplinary matters
• Monitor cleaning products, maintain stock, and place orders within site budgets
