A bespoke Visitor & Events Management company in Belfast is seeking a Housekeeping Service Manager. The role focuses on maintaining the highest cleanliness standards, managing the housekeeping team, and ensuring smooth operations. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and skills in soft service management. This permanent position offers a salary of £35,000 plus additional benefits, with flexible working hours between 30-40 per week.

This position can be worked over a 30 hour week or 40 hour week or between 30-40 hours dependent on the candidates working hours preference.

The role will be more focussed on supporting standards of housekeeping (e.g. audits of building areas etc) and project planning across the business, but there will be a small element of hands on housekeeping and realistically if the team are short for any reason the successful candidate will need to get their sleeves rolled up and help out.
