Job description

We’re looking for a Cleaning/Hygiene Supervisor to support the Site Hygiene Manager in leading and coordinating hygiene operations across all areas of the manufacturing site. You’ll help ensure cleaning standards meet health & safety legislations, customer, and company requirements while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Pay Rate: £17.09 per hour (£40,000 pa)

Contract Type: Full Time

Hours: 45 hours per week - Monday to Friday 45 hours - 6pm 3:30am

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support the daily hygiene team, ensuring cleaning tasks are completed on time and to standard.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene schedules, Cleaning Instruction Cards (CICs), and SOPs.
• Deliver and monitor hygiene training, CIC sign-offs, and refresher sessions.
• Conduct hygiene inspections and assist with internal audits and corrective actions.
• Maintain hygiene records and support audit preparation (BRC, M&S, etc.).
• Collaborate with production, technical, and H&S teams to drive hygiene best practices and continuous improvement.
