Bidvest Noonan Group is seeking a Cleaner for a prestigious client site in York. The role operates on a 4 on 4 off rota from 1pm to 11pm with a 30-minute lunch break, delivering essential cleaning tasks to keep the site immaculate.

Full training will be provided on equipment and procedures, with a practical and theory test required after training. You will join a team committed to safety and reliability, enjoying uniform provision, holidays, pension, ongoing training, and progression

Competenze

• Comfortable working alone or in a team.
• Ability to prioritise and manage changing workload.
• Cleaning experience preferred, full training provided.

Mansioni

• Vacuum, dust and clean surfaces to keep areas neat and tidy.
• Mechanically empty train toilet system and resupply with fresh water.
• Carry out daily cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment.
• Complete training on equipment operation; pass practical and theory tests.
• Sweep, scrub and mop floors; dispose of waste from bins.
• Polish surfaces as required; clean windows/glass surfaces when needed.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for aCleaner, who will work at our client's prestigious site.

4 on 4 off - 1pm - 11pm 30min lunch

Duties as a Cleaner

• Cleaning duties which including, vacuuming, dusting and cleaning, wiping surface areas and making sure all areas are neat and tidy
• Mechanically empty a trains toilet system and resupply with fresh water
• Carry out daily cleaning and basic maintenance of the equipment
• Full training in the operation of this equipment will be provided
• A practical and theory test will need to be completed and passed after training
• Performing general sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping
• Disposing of trash from bins and containers
• Polishing if necessary
• Scrubbing sinks, basins, and toilets in bathrooms
• Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, if needed

Job role requirements as a Cleaner

• Are you comfortable working alone and in a team?
• Do you have the ability to prioritise and manage an ever-changing workload?
• Cleaning experience would be preferred however full training will be provided.
