Job summary

Bidvest Noonan Group is seeking a Cleaning Operative to join our client onsite in the Southampton area. The role focuses on maintaining clean and safe environments through routine cleaning tasks.

Duties include vacuuming, dusting, floor polishing, waste disposal, and reporting issues. Full training provided; good English and communication skills are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in a cleaning role preferred, with ability to follow standard procedures.
• Ability to read and write basic English.
• Willing to work onsite and follow instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, dust and wipe surfaces to keep all areas neat and tidy.
• Carry out regular cleaning tasks and inspections to maintain cleanliness.
• Dust control, mop and buff floors where needed.
• Empty and relинe waste bins and dispose of rubbish.
• Support with additional cleaning duties as required by supervisor.

• Carry out any reasonable work instruction to the standard required
• To carry out regular and thorough treatments/inspections so as to maintain such conditions
• Dust control/vacuum and mop floors & Buff/Polish floors where needed
• Cleaning duties which including, vacuuming, dusting and cleaning, wiping surface areas and making sure all areas are neat and tidy.
• Alongside, Empty and reline waste bins & dispose of rubbish
• Do you have good social and communication skills?
• Do you have good oral and written English?
• Do you have experience within a similar role? if not full training will be given
