Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is seeking a reliable Housekeeping Operative for The Centre in Milton Keynes. This zero-hour, flexible role covers early to late shifts between 06:00 and 22:00, Monday to Sunday, with hourly pay and a monthly pay date.

You will maintain cleanliness, presentation, and smooth day-to-day operations, working in a supportive team, following safety policies, and adapting to a variety of duties as needed.

Working Hours: Between 06:00 and 22:00, Monday to Sunday

The Role

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic Housekeeping Operative to join our team at The Centre.

This is a hands‑on role that is essential to maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and smooth day‑to‑day operation of the centre. Working as part of a supportive team, you will ensure that tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and flexibility in undertaking a variety of duties to support the operational needs of the centre.

Key Responsibilities

Teamwork and Site Support

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure daily operational requirements are met.
• Provide support to other departments and operational teams as required.
• Carry out reasonable management requests in line with business needs.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and support the overall success of the operation.

Health and Safety

• Adhere to all company health and safety policies and procedures.
• Promptly report any hazards, defects, incidents, accidents, or near misses.
• Operate equipment safely and in accordance with training and company guidelines.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for colleagues, contractors, visitors, and customers.
