Job summary

Claires Court is seeking multiple part-time Domestic Assistants to support three Maidenhead sites across term-time and full-year contracts. You will maintain cleanliness to school standards, operate cleaning equipment, and follow safety procedures with full training provided.

Shifts include early morning options (05:00–09:00, 05:00–10:30, 06:00–11:30 for term or full-year) and a 15:00–18:00 slot (term-time). Uniform provided; flexible hours and a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness across allocated areas to school standards.
• Follow cleaning schedules set by the Supervisor.
• Safely use equipment, machinery, and cleaning materials.
• Ensure correct handling and storage of chemicals and PPE.
• Keep equipment maintained and storage areas tidy.
• Report hazards, defects, or maintenance issues.
• Provide cover for colleagues when required.
• Attend training and support across school sites if needed.
• Follow safeguarding procedures at all times.

Domestic Assistants - Multiple Roles Available
Location: Maidenhead SL6 6AW
Salary: £13.30 per hour + full uniform

About the Role

We are recruiting several part-time Domestic Assistants to work across our three school sites in Maidenhead. Roles are available on a term‑time (36 weeks) and full‑year (52 weeks) basis, with a range of morning and afternoon shifts.

You will help maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring a safe environment for pupils, staff, and visitors. The role includes use of cleaning equipment and machinery. Full training is provided.

Available Shifts

Morning Roles

• 05:00 – 09:00 (Term Time)
• 05:00 – 10:30 (Term Time)
• 06:00 – 11:30 (Term Time)
• 05:00 – 09:00 (Full Year)
• 05:00 – 10:30 (Full Year)
• 05:00 – 13:00 (Full Year)

Afternoon Role
