Job summary

Longacres Garden Centre in Bagshot is seeking a positive, enthusiastic cleaner to join our Cleaning team on a part-time contract (30 hours per week). You will support the Cleaning Supervisor to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.

We are a family-run business with six stores across the South East and over 700 staff. We offer training, development, and room for progression, plus benefits and a friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is beneficial.
• Excellent organisation and housekeeping skills.
• Attention to detail with ability to prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with all on site cleaning duties.
• Assisting customers with general enquiries where possible.
• Support the Cleaning Supervisor and team members during absence.
• Ensuring that the highest standard of cleaning is maintained.
• Cleaning of customer and staff toilets.
• Emptying of staff and customer bins.
• Cleaning of the staff canteen and office spaces.
• Help out in other areas of the business as required.
