Join Our Team as a CleaningAccount Manager– Make an Impact Every Day

Fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish, plus excellent English (written & verbal) essential

Ability to be on site from 5am (when majority of teams start work) - also essential

University College, Chenies Mews, London WC1E 6HX40

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 5am to 2pm but willingness to work flexibly, including occasional weekends when needed

Involvement in an out-of-hours on-call rotation, usually once every five weeks

£43,981 per annum + excellent benefits

Enhanced contributory pension scheme of up to 16' days holiday + Bank holidays + an additional 6 closure days

As our Cleaning Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering world‑class services and strengthening relationships with our UCL clients. We’re seeking an experienced, proactive leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment.

What you'll do:
  • Lead, motivate and support supervisors and frontline teams across multiple sites
  • Deliver high‑quality soft services including daily cleaning, deep cleans and commercial requests
  • Build strong relationships with clients and regularly review service delivery
  • Ensure all KPIs, SLAs and compliance requirements are consistently achieved
  • Manage a £2.5m annual budget and control staffing, resources and equipment
  • Drive continuous improvement, innovation and operational excellence
  • Produce accurate reports, documentation and financial information as required
  • Champion a strong Health & Safety culture across all operations

  • Competent IT user (MS Office, workforce management systems, etc.)
