We are now looking for a Cleaning Account Manager to lead our dedicated teams across multiple UCL sites and help shape the future of our partnership. As our Cleaning Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering world‑class services and strengthening relationships with our UCL clients. We're seeking an experienced, proactive leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality soft services including daily cleaning, deep cleans and commercial requests.
- Build strong relationships with clients and regularly review service delivery.
- Ensure all KPIs, SLAs and compliance requirements are consistently achieved.
- Manage a £2.5 m annual budget and control staffing, resources and equipment.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation and operational excellence.
- Produce accurate reports, documentation and financial information as required.
- Champion a strong Health & Safety culture across all operations.
- Work site from 5 am (when majority of teams start work) – a requirement.
- Participate in an out‑of‑hours on‑call rotation, usually once every five weeks.
- Provide flex‑time as required, including occasional weekends.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish, plus excellent written and verbal English.
- Proven success in managing outsourced soft services across multiple sites.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate large, diverse teams.
- Strong client relationship management, communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in change management and implementing new initiatives.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise effectively.
- Competent IT user (MS Office, workforce management systems, etc.).
