Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities for your team.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks meet the highest standards of excellence.
• Conduct regular inspections to guarantee cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Train, motivate, and develop your team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in optimal condition for use.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in staff management, including induction, training, and addressing attendance and performance issues.
• Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to maintain stock, manage annual leave, and create rotas to cover holidays and sickness.
• Excellent Communication Skills: For effective liaison with staff, line managers, and senior management.
• Health and Safety Understanding: Knowledge of health and safety regulations, particularly COSHH requirements, and the ability to conduct safety checks on equipment and work areas.
• Driving Required: Willingness to travel to specific sites daily and weekly; a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance are essential.
• Vetting Criteria: Ability to meet police vetting criteria, including residing in the UK for at least 3 years.
